I have new autumn pictures from this morning's walk - but they will keep until another day.

Today I am thankful for

• news that the nodule (quite large) on my lung hasn't changed and I will be rescanned in 3 - 6 months. I am terrified it is cancer but at least they are monitoring it
• a lovely autumn walk
• scrapping time
