I have an male oriental and a female siamese. My boy was exactly the same when he was neutered. The “ Keep him quiet “ part of the post op instructions were a no go.
My little siamese has a problem with loose stools and we took her to a specialist. He recommended a dried food called “ Fibre Response” for cats” by royal canine and that did the trick.

I cannot imagine cats going completely mad in the house. The meds must put the kitties into Ultra-ADHD mode. I would not want to referee during such a time--especially with TWO! So glad everyone survived and that your vet was proactive in quickly getting Koda back in for a reset. Now that the meds have worn off, and they have been neutered, does that mean they will be more calm from here on out? Or do they still have a lot of "growing up" to do? I know when dogs are puppies and even adolescents, they get super-hyper at times.
