Barb in AK

Ahh, the sea, the sun, the sand. It seems to be your lifeblood, Karen.
So glad you could get a bit of it. Steve and I walk around the Village road nearly every day. It's wonderful to see green things, flowers beginning to open up, sunshine, and birds trying to outdo each other in song. That small thing makes life feel normal.
But we did go to the grocery store yesterday. There is nothing normal about it anymore. Never knowing if products will be available, people going through the aisles in masks, "one way" markers on the floors, and prices outrageous! Also a different thing is never hearing little ones crying or saying, "Can we get this?" as shoppers are told to leave families at home.
I see you were once again busy at fussy cutting. So wonderful. I tried my hand at it this past Wednesday as I worked on a 2008 layout. I can't use very large scissors--must have small Fiskars and go very slowly. I was trying to cut out a banner, and I cut so close, the "thread" that was holding them together broke apart. I may have to use REAL thread now. LOL!!
