On the recommendation of a friend we went Bluebell hunting today.
It was a decent walk and we covered almost 4 miles down country tracks but wow - it was worth it
Cue a lot of bluebell pictures, none of which capture the vastness of the coppice full of blue or the smell.
But you get the idea
There was a challenge on PBP to scraplift a paper page so I scraplifted this page
and made this this
Oh and Lent is over!!!
It's been a good day all round.

Today I am thankful for
- friends giving us great ideas to visit
- fraps (still only going to have one a week though)
- walks
- retirement
and Barb - thanks so much for your lovely words xx
Words straight from my heart, Karen. :-)
Lovely photos of the bluebells. It must look like a blue haze above the ground. You got me so curious about them, I found this site on the internet: https://www.glenlmoyer.com/single-post/2015/04/29/Bluebells-and-Bluebonnets-The-Flowers-of-Scotland-and-Texas
I recognized what was called "harebells" in the article. We had those wild in Alaska.
I enjoyed the photo of the sheep. When I was a girl, there were sheep on our farm. They were such pleasant animals. Although I was butted by a ram once. I didn't like that a bit!! ;-)
Thanks for the template of the challenge. I can always use good ideas.
