It was another gorgeous weather day - not quite as cold but just as bright and lovely.
We walked round Poole Park Lake and along Baiter and the water was absolutely still - not a ripple ... it was like glass.
I did some school work and then we did a little more of the jigsaw.
I haven't any new scrapping to share today but I do have some favourites to post and here is why.
I had a lovely e mail today from Faye who owns Pickleberrypop. She passed on an e mail from someone who had joined PBP and shopped there as a result of seeing things here on my blog. I cannot tell you how thrilled I was. I am still so proud to be on the CT for Pickleberrypop and count myself so lucky every time I scrap. I get to to work with great designers and create for them and if I can have encouraged even one person to go visit there then I am really really proud. Having felt so priviledged it is great to think I can give something back. Whoever you are, thank you so much for saying you saw my work here and it inspired you to try digital scrapping and check out Pickleberrypop.
So, in deference to Pickleberrypop and the great designer who work there and to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving me a chance and keeping me on the CT for so long, here are some of my favourite PBP pages. Go and check the store out here ... there are so many great products
All products on all pages by the amazing PBP designers
Today I am thankful for
- being on Pickleberrypop CT (and I will do a similar post for my other CT with Dawn this week too)
- People taking time to comment on things like where they heard of the store
I'm responding to your blog today as I believe I'm the person you're referring to!
I've just placed an order with Pickleberrypop as a result of your blog and did let them know that your blog was the reason for me doing so!
I've followed your blog on and off for a number of years and you're always my first choice whenever I feel in need of inspiration for my own scrapbooking.
Even though we've never met I feel as if I know you, Nigel and your gorgeous "fur babies" through reading your blog.
By coincidence, I was only discussing your blog with my husband and my son at the week-end whilst on a car journey and happened to mention that I wish I had some way of contacting you. My son (being so much more tech savvy than me) replied well you can Mum, I'll show you(!).......so here I am!
I would like to share more with you but would prefer to do so by e-mail. If you feel it appropriate, please respond by sending me your e-mail address and I will give you a little more background on both myself and my family.
I wish you and Nigel good health for the year ahead and a very long and happy retirement together.
With kind regards
Helen

I'm not normally on the computer at this time of night but this evening is an expection as I'm in the process of preparing for a very special family celebration this week-end; I happened to click into your blog and was so surprised to see your post so felt I had to respond straightaway despite the late hour!
