I have had a very full on week with a whole host of 12 - 14 hour days taking me to a total of 69 hours so far since Monday am and I am beyond tired. I truly am.
But I am grinning like a cheshire cat because I LOVE APPLE.
Knock them all you like. Read stories of bending iPhones and outdated technology but I LOVE them.
I transferred my phone and my number and it worked like a dream. Everything I had moved over and my new phone is whizzy and fast and has so many fab features and the camera is a real WOW. Even in low light it is super.
I am one happy bunny and it reminds me of why I work so hard.
I also have an exciting new challenge to share.
The new challenge at Scrapology has gone live today and it is awesome this month.
It is a layout by Bling Princess and all of us scraplifted it and you just have to see what the girls have come up with because it is fabulous. It really is. Go see what they have made
This is my page - another for my digital photobook (number 2)
I was actually quite pleased with this one
A couple of close ups we used for the sneak peaks
Today I am thankful for
- a bit of a rest
- a new phone
- being home
and here we have some cat burglars
This was taken of Kira with the new phone in really low light - my old phone wouldn't have coped with it
and it has a super macro too
We have lived to see such miracles! I remember borrowing my dad's camera for a school field trip. I was in 4th grade (9 yr.old). It was basically a black box which had no flash and used 120 roll film (only 12 exposures to a roll).
The first "computer" I ever used was actually just a word processor (but we called them computers. It was so advanced). There was a huge monitor with a black screen, and green letters glowed on the screen as we typed!
Now we have ultra-quality cameras within a teeny-tiny computer that can show you movies, make phone calls, follow your voice instructions, tell you how to get to your destination, hold a library of books and facts, and much, much more!!!
Aren't these times amazing??
P.S. I love Apple, too. Our school district adopted them back in the '90s and I haven't used anything else since :-)
