Once upon a time there was a girl who went on holiday.
She was all relaxed and had a lovely trip to Florida.
She was chilled and calm and stress free.
Once upon a time!
However, once upon a time a girl had a friend that was a brilliant digital designer and she begged for Disney themed goodies - and she got them!
Dawn Inskip released her latest goodies today and they are awesome
You can snag the complete collection here but LOOK at the sets.
Arent they amazing!
This is one of the pages I made with the new collections
I love the spotty girl.
My Facebook feed has been full of friends children who all look so smart as they start new schools over the last few days. However, I have some pictures to share where children are not quite so luckly. Bored Panda sowcased some children across the world undertaking very difficult journeys just for the priviledge of going to school.
You can see all of the pictures here but this is a selection. How lucky are we!
5 hour journey along a very narrow cliff path - Gulu China
Children climbing unsecured wooden ladders to get to school in China
Travelling to a boarding school in the Himalayas
Crossing a damaged suspension bridge in Indonesia
Zipwire across Rio Negra River Columbia
Walking across a plank - Sri Lanka
Riding a horse cart (and yes I feel sorry for the Horse) in Delhi
Tightrope across a river in Sumatra
125 mile journey to a boarding school in China
Next time we moan about a journey maybe we need to stop and reflect. I know I will.
Today I am thankful for
- special kits to play with
- the ease of transport we take for granted
- accessible schools
We do take our free education for granted here in the States as well. What amazing photos that prove how valuable an education can be.
What a darling Disney page. I like the way you put a frame behind the Minnie photo, and Minnie's bow and ears are coming above it. It gives it a type of 3-D effect. Would you have a tutorial about how to do that? Thanks!

The picture of the children on the cart in India bought back memories of our holiday there last year. All the children were full of smiles. We came across a school trip on a visit to a palace and every one of the hundred or so children that filed past me whilst sitting I was on some steps shook my hand !
