Talk about hittingt he ground running. It's been a treadmill day.
It began eventful, it continued eventful, it is still being eventful (took Nigel half an hour to convince my computer to boot up - no idea why!)
WOW
Good job I had just had a week off else I think I would already be in a state of collapse.
However, I am home int he warm now - biy has the weather turned cold. We have been quite spoilt of late. Even Nigel has donned a long sleved top, having been in t shirts until recently.
But I do like a bit of winter myself. I like the cold, the crisp, the dark evenings.
Just as well as we will now have them for a while.
I have a new page to share today that I couldn't share properly until now as it is part of the new challenges on Pickleberrypop.
I am hostingt he word challenge this month .... do go over and check out the challenge forum. The challenges are a great way to a) kick start your mojo and b) earn rewards too.
My challenge was to scrap a page with a movie them.
I went witht he Disney film Angels in the Outfield.
I love this photo of the two of us and it is one of Nigel's favourites. Not least because it sees me wearing 'the red hat' and I don't do it often. In fairness we went to an afternoon game that time and I had no hat with me and had to buy one to shade my head. I laughed when I said to Nigel I was cross that all of them were red with huge As on!
Nigel has been a staunch Angels fan for over 32 years - it's just that 6000 miles is a long way to travel for a home game! But we do try whenever we are in California and he watched their games on TV too.
Today I am thankful for
- well being almost over really. It's been a bit bonkers since 7 am.
