The nights are starting to draw in and if the weather forecasters are t be believed it is set to turn cold but bright. I hope so. I LOVE cold and bright.
As it is almost half term I will be pretty happy to settle for whatever weather comes so long as I can take it easier for a few days.
I am awful tired and feel every minute of my age.
I have several things to share today.
First of all Dawn Inskip has an amazing collection of templates out today and I got to work with them. I feel very lucky as there are so many and they are ALL fabulous.
You can buy them individually or all at once int he huge bundle. I can guarentee you will use them though.
This is one of the pages I made with them. Another for the Florida album and it also uses her A Wonderful World kit.
Now I have to share an amazing video a friend pointed out to me.
I love it. I love the way it is put together, I love the style, I love the ethos. I just love it. See what you think.
Today I am thankful for
- the chance to work with great designers like Dawn
- You Tube - can't you just lose hours and hours on there.
and finally my page of the day calendar page
I’m not a vengeful person, but there are limits to my patience. I was in a hurry to buy some shoes before we left for a holiday trip. The store parking lot was packed with holiday traffic, and I joined a train of cars that was cruising the rows, looking for a parking spot. Rain was falling in bursts.
After what seemed like hours, I spotted two parking spaces near the entrance. I was behind a young man in a red sports car. He’ll take one of those spaces and I can have the other, I thought. Instead, the young man pulled in diagonally, taking both spaces. He hopped out and dashed into the store.
My face turned crimson at his selfishness, and again I began cruising for a parking space. At last I found
one, far from the store. The rain had stopped, and as I headed for the store, I gathered up a half-dozen carts that were blocking spaces and pushed them up toward the store.
As I neared the entrance, I passed by the red sports car, and suddenly I had an idea where I might put those carts so as to restore the scales of justice. Never mind what I did, let’s just say that my decision
was satisfying and I had no regrets.
At least not until bedtime, when I lay there wondering, What if that young man was in a hurry to buy medicine for his dying grandmother?
Or not, my conscience reminded.
My conscience and I will try to be better in the future.

I can't believe we will be moving into November in a week! Do children celebrate Halloween very much in England? It's really a big deal in USA--as you probably already know.
We went from high 60's F. yesterday to mid 30's F. today--rainy, cloudy--not my cup of tea. Reminds me that snow will be here soon.
