Life is always crazy this time of year. End of term doesn't get any easier no matter how many times you do it.
You'd think i would have it off pat by now.
No chance. So posts this week are likely to be a little brief (but next week is the holidays so i will have loads of time to scrap and have a life!)
This was my page for the prompt yesterday.
Nigel and I joined the National Trust a few years ago - and we haven't looked back. It made us feel quite grown up at first (OK I actually mean old!) but we have made really good use of the membership and have visited lots of Stately Homes around the country.
I actually have a whole album about it - which I must get to sharing one day soon.
Being members makes us get out and about. We actively seek places to go with interesting properties. Plus we both love day trips. we are not big into holidays, don't like staying away from home because of the cats and so on and so day trips really are perfect for us. And we will travel far for a day trip. Manchester and back holds no threat for us!
Well done on those of you who identified the main photo from the sneak peaks. It is indeed Stourhead gardens in Wiltshire - one of our favourite properites.
My quote for today is
Today I am thankful for
- Ken at work. What will we ever do without him. He was such a star today and has sorted out a new library for us for next year.
Oh I love your layout - it's so nice. And I think, there is again a tag behind the foto. It's the perket idea, to hide journalings. ;o)
Best wishes
Gabi

Oh, I really, really love this layout! So pretty. It makes me want to go straight out taking pictures to scrap instead of continuing cleaning the apartment... :-) I'm definately going to use the idea of one large photo and several small to match. Thanks for the inspiration!
... and as usual I've downloaded your wonderful prompts...

I love this layout. It looks so pretty and English country garden like. The photo is stunning.

Are you really finished next week? We've got 3 weeks to go (well 2 weeks and 3 days, not that I am counting....)
