I know what you mean about not feeling grown up....I have lots to do too and I am almost 70. It seems impossible...I raise two grandkids (14 and 15), run them to school and all over, clean, cook, garden, scrapbook, homeschool...I look in the mirror and gasp...who is that!

Well, as long as we feel young, look comparitively young (thanks to my family I have good genes), and remember to count our blessings we will be fine.

Bless you for sharing your life....said a prayer for the cat!

I felt exactly the same about being 50. I hated, hated, hated it! 40 was so easy and good but 50, well it took me three years to get even half way comfortable with it and several more to accept (if I ever did). Now I am over 60 and it is so much better than I thought it could be so hang in there because it does get better. And when I grow up I am going to be 5' 2" tall.
