Nigel and I are not used to doing nothing. We really aren't. Even on holiday. But today we have luxuriated in doing nothing.
We woke late - really late for us at just after 8.30 and then did nothing. We had breakfast and read the papers, I finished the book I got yesterday fromt he library and we dozed and then - suddenly it was lunchtime.
Really not like us and whilst I wouldn't want to do it often it was very relaxing.
I did, however, scrap this afternoon.
I wanted to prove that Pinterest is not JUST a waste of time. I ams eriously seriously addicted to it, but I do use it to. I scraplifted a page I had liked and also completed the Have I got Scrap for You challenge for August with this page.
Nigel had seen the Falkirk wheel on the Discovery channel and that was what sparked the visit. It was so well worth going.
Whilst I am sure there will be other pages on the Falkirk wheel, this one was to try and give an overview, hence five photos.
The camera and the Road Trip stamp are two I have had for ages and always forget.
Today I am thankful for
- simple Sundays
- Scrapping time
- Good news
