I can't imagine what my life would be like if I had not discovered the wonderful hobby of scrapping that so many of us share.
Whether I am paper scrapping or digital scrapping it fulfills a real need in me.
Whilst I love to paint and draw I will never be anything other than a very average artist. But with scrapping I can be artistic in a different way - an easier way. It enables me to have regular creative moments in my day. I have always have a love of keeping every little piece of memorabilia and so I love that element. I love photography and so scrapping enables me to justify taking thousands of pictures and enables me to keep them in a safe environment. I have always journalled in my photo albums and kept a diary and scrapping enables me to use this to good effect.
What a fabulous hobby. My de-stresser, my creative outlet, my memory keeper, I love it.
Not quite sure why I felt the need to journal even that today but it seemed apt whilst recording working with a new kit called capture the moments. It is a beautiful collection by Tiramisu at Pickleberrypop. Soft gentle colours, a photography theme, beautiful elements. I love it
This is a page I made with it - another for the Florida album.
Today I am thankful that
- one of the long days is done
- Nigel has repaired a wallpaper issue at home so beautifully well
- Boo has been to the vets and had blood tests which may mean there is an underlying condition we can treat. However, it appears there is a definite tumour which we have all agreed we would not treat. We are just hoping the bloods show there is perhaps a kidney problem we can treat and the tumour is not advanced. We await the results.
and no LOL cat today as I am on the wrong computer but instead a beautiful picture of our home town

Lovely layout. I really like mounting the photos into the filmstrip. You work very well with leaving "white space" on your page. I need to try more of that, but it's hard for me.
I pray that Boo's results bring you needed answers for her care. {{{Hugs}}}

Such a beautifull photo,and lets us appreciate the good things in life. It is very hard to accept when our pets get old and ill,but they will have our love and care,in return for all the joy that they bring us
