OK so the title doesn't refer to me - though I sure feel that way at times.
It refers to a page made for our 2013 album about our trip to Cornwall.
Regular readers will know we are reasonably addicted to our National Trust visits. We do enjoy a good stately pile and the lush gardens that go with it.
When we visited Tintagel (which did remind us of Royston Vasey!) we took time to visit the old Post Office.
It was a really lovely old building and it was such a beautiful day it was lit beautifully.
One of the things I love is how the National Trsut show off their properties. They are beautifully 'staged' inside and in most you are allowed to take pictures so long as you don't use the flash.
anyway - this was the page made.
There is a lot of distressing to echo the age of the building - and of us of course!
Lots of stitching too - just because!
The photo of the two of us outside was taken by one of the NT staff who offered, which was really kind of them. We went through a phase of being really good about trying to get pictures of the two of us, but it has sort of slipped again.
Today I am thankful for
- being National Trust members as it takes us out and about, we learn a lot and we enjoy our trips.

Very nice layout. I see you have some journalling tucked behind the photo :-) Nice distressing. I understand the reason behind it, but darn, it takes me a long time to distress. I try to stay away from it. ;-)
