It's been a terrific day for all sorts of reasons today.
Don't you just love it when a day goes well? I do.
Well there was a teeny bit that didn't go well. I was packing something away when it snapped and so did my wrist - the wrong way.
I don't think I have done any serious damage but boy it hurts and is getting worse as the day goes on. I am sure I have just jarred the muscle or something but OUCH!
Going well didn't include scrapping of course, but I do have this page to share which was made a while ago.
It is part of our 2012 album and a trip we made right near the end of the year. We went away to scintillating Ramsgate but we stopped at e ont he way. The reason? Rye was the every first place we went away to in this country. We had stayed there years and years ago and the only place we could find to stay - long before the internet and Booking.com was The Mermaid Inn - a fifteenth century inn that is just beautiful. We stayed in the Elizabethan suite with a Tudor 4 poster bed and floors that sloped every which way.
We wanted to see if it was a beautiful as we remembered - and it was.
Today I am thankful for
- a good day
- lots to smile about
- my wrist not breaking!
- chocolate cake

Love the alliteration you are using this week in your subject line ;-) What will you use for Wednesday???
Glad to hear you didn't break your wrist, as can happen so easily at our age--- oh excuse me, I mean, at MY age ;-) I wonder if using a contrast bath on your wrist would help it feel better?
