I have a teeny tiny mini book to share today. I stress it is NOT my design or idea.
It comes from one of the best designers of mini books in the universe (trust me - it is true) Laura from Following the Paper Trail
I have so many of her videos from You Tube saved. You have to go check them out as they are all awesome, but this is the one for the teeny mini. I had had it saved for ages in my favourites but Hilary mentioned it the other day and it jogged my memory and as I was feeling a little rough round the edges yesterday it was the perfect mini project.
It is really really quick to make and uses one sheet of 12 x 12 (actually you use half a sheet for the book but I used the rest on the cover and decorating it.
I used to have a little tag book I kept in my handbag of the cats so I could be a boring cat Mom and share the pictures. It got very tatty so this makes a cute little replacement with some new pictures of them
I used a silver button as the closure and it works really well.
As the pockets are tiny I decided to write directly onto the pictures and used a lot of photos. (The selecting of the photos was the longest part actually)
I could link to so many more. Just check them all out - she is amazing
Today I am thankful for
- inspiring people who have such great ideas and are so generous sharing them.
